  • How can I get a quote for my current medications?

  • Is a prescription needed to buy drugs?

    Yes, a valid prescription from a licensed USA physician is required.

  • What should I do if my prescriptions are on file at my local pharmacy?

    Ask the drugstore to return it to you or you could make arrangements with your doctor to get a new prescription. 

  • What about refills?

    We will reach out one month before your refill is due.

  • At one time how many medicines can I order?

    There is no limit to the number of different medications Canadian Meds South can fill for you. However, the FDA limits us to providing 90-day supplies of medications, plus refills in the future.

  • Is Oxycodone or other narcotics available to buy?

    No, we cannot source controlled substances.

  • Are insurance plans accepted?

    No, our service is self-pay and we do not process any insurance. Customers who seek our services do so because:  

    1. They do not have insurance coverage. 

    2. Their insurance company’s formulary does not cover their medication.  

    3. They have reached their limit on Medicare coverage for the year.

  • How will my medicines reach me?

    Through the US Postal Service.

  • Do I need to come to your office each time I place an order?

    No, we can do everything via phone, mail, text, fax, or email.

  • How can you guarantee the quality of the product?

    We contract with licensed, accredited pharmacies located in The United Kingdom, New Zealand, India, Canada, and Australia.  The Canadian government, as well as other countries we choose to ship from, are held to extremely strict requirements for the manufacturing and distribution of medication. These requirements are equivalent to and oftentimes stricter than US requirements. All of our sources are US-FDA approved. 

  • Which method of payment do you accept?

    We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or a personal or cashier’s check.
